Under special circumstances, with advanced notification, repeat orders are available in approximately 2 weeks. Adhesive Lamination Adhesives are applied to printed film and is then passed through a drying chamber to simultaneously bond adhesive to the films surface and expedite curing. This process allows the utilization of both high barrier adhesives or white opaque adhesives as well. Extrusion Lamination Polyethylene resin is extruded through high pressure dies and applied to printed film which is simultaneously cooled and wound. Extrusion lamination affords the opportunity to increase the thickness of film in a relatively inexpensive fashion. This type of extrusion is generally used for massive production of packaging materials. Pouch Making In applications where pre-made pouches are necessary, we have the ability of manufacturing a variety of specialty pouches including, but not limited to; flat pouches, gusseted stand up and retort pouches.
